Founded in 1998 by Moshe Rosenfeld, this small family winery produces quality Cabernet Sauvingnon wine from vines grown in the tranquil village of Nataf in the Judean Mountains, Israel.The vines are grown on stone terraces, facing north, and they are given only water and are purely organic. The soil is plowed by donkey a couple of times a year. Being a family oriented enterprise, the harvest is carried out by all members of the family and their friends.
